对我省高职专科入学制度的思考

安徽省近几年高职专科教育进入了快速发展的时期，但生源数量呈逐年下降的趋势。以安徽省高职教育的入学制度为切入点，在分析高职专科招生现状及其存在问题的基础上，就专业设置及招生入学考试提出了高职入学制度的改革措施，以期促进高职专科教育的持续健康发展。

高职院校学生学习动机现状的调查与分析

调查结果发现,高职学生的成就动机不足,学习动机的社会取向偏低,现实性较强,自我效能感较弱。多元与变革的社会环境和文化场域,直接影响着高职学生的学习价值取向,进而对高职学生的学习动机产生重要的影响;无法获得积极的学习体验是影响高职学生内在学习动力的直接因素。     

创建大学生失业保险制度刍议

当前,大学生失业现象已成为社会关注的热点问题。它不仅对个人、家庭和社会产生了巨大的负面影响,也造成各种资源的极大浪费。本文在对大学生失业的现状、原因及其后果分析的基础上,认为创建大学生失业保险势在必行,并对大学生失业保险制度提出了一些建议。     

Predictive Power of Personal Factors in Studying Students' Perception of Sales Profession in Poland

Since Poland has become a member of the European Union, free market activities have increased dramatically. The purpose of this study is to explore university students' perceptions of personal selling as a career in Poland. Using logistic regression and Z-test methodologies, we analyzed the perceptions of 114 students. The results confirm the findings of previous studies that personal factors play a significant role in predicting students' perception of sales profession as a career. The findings presented in this study show that Polish students have a biased perception about sales as a career; however, interestingly, few dimensions show a significant effect. Understanding students' perceptions of the sales profession will help corporate recruiters achieve their goals by selecting those students most likely to excel in sales careers.     

Socio‐demographic factors and shared leadership behaviors in dispersed teams: Implications for human resource management

Companies increasingly make use of geographically dispersed teams to capture knowledge residing at different locations. In this context, shared leadership is considered a key enabler of team performance. Taking a functional perspective on shared leadership, we thus investigate the relationship between shared leadership behaviors and team performance in dispersed teams. Furthermore, we analyze how socio‐demographic factors that are characteristic for dispersed teams (i.e., high female‐to‐male ratio, high mean age, and high levels of national diversity) affect shared leadership behaviors. Based on data from 96 dispersed teams, we show that shared leadership behavior fosters team performance. Further, we find the socio‐demographic characteristics typical for dispersed teams to foster shared leadership. Theoretical and managerial implications for human resource management are discussed. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

高等院校足球文化氛围的研究

我国足球水平总上不去，与足球文化氛围不太好有着紧密关系。足球文化氛围先要搞好了，参加足球活动的人增加，踢足球的人多，人才辈出，成绩提高也就水到渠成。校园足球文化应该像金字塔一样，重点在基层。自下而上，形成各班、年级、系部、学校等层面。可以开展小规模的友谊赛，也可以开展中等规模及体协牵头的各种类型的比赛，最高层则是学校的足球联赛。同时领导重视，各职能部门大力支持，体育教学部全力以赴，学生会积极协助，共同努力，才能使校园足球文化蓬勃发展。高校的学生既是运动员的摇篮又是社会的未来精英，高校足球文化氛围的提高，将会对我国足球水平的提高有很大的推进作用。     

浅论学生个性的发展

发展学生个性是促进学生全面发展的需要,是实施生本教育的需要,是培养创新型人才的需要。教学中发展学生个性的策略是:转变观念,树立健全的学生观;尊重学生,提供适合个性发展的良好环境和机制;追求卓越,做有个性的教师。     

关于NBA赛程利弊因素的分析与评价模型

本文考虑球队间胜率、主场优势、休整时间三个因素来分析赛程对某一支球队的利弊。建立主场优势、休整时间同球队间胜率的变化量之间的多元线性回归模型:△Pij=β0+β1x1+β2x2+β3x3+β4x4+ε。通过赛程数字化方法得出某一球队的回归变量矩阵[x1、x2、x3、x4]及预测变量矩阵[△Pij],做回归分析得到回归系数并定义了数量指标评价赛程对球队的利弊,并给出了计算某一球队值的算法。
